This is a static, informational website. It contains no contact forms, registration forms, restricted areas or data collection systems. As a result, the Controller does not actively collect personal data through the website.

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during normal operation, certain data whose transmission is inherent in the use of Internet communication protocols (for example IP addresses, request timestamps, technical data about the device and browser). This data is used solely to ensure the correct operation and security of the website and is not used to identify users.
The website is hosted on Microsoft Azure infrastructure, with data centres located in the European Union (West Europe region). Microsoft acts as data processor on behalf of the Controller, under the Data Processing Agreement included in the Microsoft service terms.
This website does not use profiling cookies, third-party cookies, analytics or tracking tools. The typefaces (fonts) used are hosted directly on the website server and do not involve connections to external servers. No prior consent is therefore required for browsing.
The data processed in connection with the operation of the website resides on infrastructure located within the European Union. No transfers of personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area are envisaged.
Technical system logs are retained for the period strictly necessary for security purposes and in accordance with the hosting provider's retention policies. Email communications received are retained for the time needed to handle the request and any related obligations.
